I’m Leon. Computer science grad, interested in AI and LLMs, and the kind of person who always has a side project going. This is my blog.
The name is cliché, I know. But “Hello World” still feels like the right thing to say first.
Why I’m writing
I’m not starting a newsletter. I don’t have a content strategy. I’m writing because I think better when I write things down, and because some of it might be useful to other people.
I spend a lot of time thinking about AI — not in an abstract, futurist way, but in a practical sense. What can these models actually do? Where do they fail? What does it look like to build software that uses them? Those are the questions I’m interested in, and they’ll probably show up here a lot.
Beyond AI: software in general, things I’m building, decisions I made while building them and why, the occasional rabbit hole.
What to expect
No posting schedule. No editorial calendar. I’ll write when I have something worth saying. Some posts will be long and careful. Some will be short observations. I’m not trying to build an audience — I’m trying to think out loud in public.
If something I write resonates with you, or if you disagree, or if you’re working on something similar — reach out. I’m at leonoet99@mail.com.
